Good things to know:
Talent & On-Camera Presence:
If your video includes a spokesperson or on-camera representative, that individual must be identified and confirmed prior to the shoot date;
Talent (actors, models, or hired spokespersons) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise arranged;
All on-camera participants should be comfortable speaking on camera and familiar with the key messages they will deliver.
Content & Creative Direction:
A general idea of your video's purpose, message, and target audience should be established before booking;
Any scripts, talking points, or key messages should be prepared and approved internally before the shoot date;
Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the shoot location if required.
Location:
The location must be confirmed and accessible on the shoot date;
Indoor locations should have adequate space and, where possible, controlled lighting conditions;
Any location fees or access arrangements are the responsibility of the client.
Legal & Rights:
Any trademarked logos, branded materials, music, or third-party content appearing in the video must be cleared for use by the client;
Client must have authorization to film at the chosen location.
Scheduling:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date;
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance
Timeline:
You can expect your final video within 7-14 business days.

How It Works
Before the Shoot Prior to your shoot date, you will receive email correspondence from us outlining everything you need to know — what to prepare, what to expect, and how to make the most of your session. Any questions or details can be addressed at this stage so shoot day runs smoothly.
On Shoot Day Upon arrival, we will begin with your interview or spokesperson segment first. This allows us to understand your key messages and talking points before determining what supporting b-roll footage is needed. Depending on your location and setup, a brief walkthrough may be conducted to identify the best angles and opportunities for your shoot. All talent will be directed by us — you can relax and trust that your on-camera representatives are in good hands.
Post-Production Once filming wraps, your footage moves into editing. Depending on the complexity and scope of your video, editing typically takes between 5 and 10 hours. Simple graphics such as lower thirds and title cards are included in your package. More elaborate motion graphics or custom animations are available as an add-on and will be quoted separately.
Delivery Your finished video will be delivered digitally in high-resolution formats ready for web, social media, or broadcast use.
